I gave this 5 stars as this starter kit has absolutely everything you need in it.I had been going to the salon to have gel nails for over a year and it was getting far too expensive so I took a risk and bought this kit to try and save some money long term.I'm absolutely delighted I did as it's an absolute pleasure to use!I didn't want to review it until I had used it for a while. I have used it 5 times now and each time my nails have come out absolutely beautiful with each colour.The colour has lasted perfectly without chipping until I'm ready to change ( usually every fortnight) I'm sure it would last longer but I get excited to try another shade.Practice definitely makes perfect and it takes a bit longer doing it yourself but the seller has made everything very easy to follow on the instructions. She is such a lovely lady and replied to a question I had regarding a colour the very next day. I highly recommend her as you can tell she's put a lot of love into her business and really cares about her customers.I do have a tip about getting the polish off that's really helped me save loads of time - I bought a heated beauty mitt off amazon. It's much easier to do one hand at a time, when you have soaked your cotton pad with pure acetone and wrapped tightly with foil, put that hand into the heated mitt for 10-15 mins. It speeds up the process allot! (I remembered this is what my beautician used to do) don't be tempted to use anything other than an orange stick ( which are provided in the kit ) as their very gentle on the nail.I absolutely would recommend this system, it's a real pleasure to use and the satisfaction you get from seeing the final result looking as good as if you'd been to a salon is priceless :) I get lots of compliments asking where I had them done. Just looking forward to trying more nk1 colours now :)

Absolutely in LOVE with this kit already! Only ordered this late Sunday night and arrived Wednesday lunch time!Very Quick delivery! The kit comes with everything that is mentioned by the seller and the colours I ordered are amazing! I am someone who regularly has acrylic nails done at the salon But after my first attempt of doing gels with this kit today I will never go back to them acrylic's again!Massive thank you to Andrea for bringing out such an amazing kit for us girls to do easily & from the comfort of our own home!Can't wait to try out more colours!! I have waited to post this review until I was on my second set of gels with the product so here goes....I'm delighted with it. I shopped around and decided to go with NYK1 as it has been designed specifically for someone like me who wants to do their own gels at home.Firstly customer service - excellent. I got a bit confused over the lamp and the email support / help was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they tried very hard to stop me feeling like an idiot.Now the product. The kit was very well packed and contained everything promised plus an incredibly helpful step by step guide. You have everything you need to remove and apply the gels and the quality is good. The carry case is a good size and everything goes in snugly, even when I added in my own manicure kit.I chose Hollywood and Denim as colours and have just removed my first set of hand and feet gels. The nails lasted beautifully for the full two weeks and would have lasted longer if my nails didn't grow so fast. The toes certainly could have stayed but I'm going on holidays and wanted a fresh set.I was surprised by how easy these were to remove with the acetone tonight. I've had various brands hacked off my nails over the years and these simply slid off with the little tool supplied. It's worth noting that the kit does not come with foils (the premade foil/cotton combos are my preference) but these can easily be made at home with kitchen foil and cotton wool.I found that two coats for Hollywood worked but Denim needed three as it was quite sheer when applied thinly.Overall, extremely happy and I would highly recommend it.

Fantastic product! I purchased a LED nail kit and the results were disappointing. This set however is brilliant! Each application lasts for 10-14 days or until you want to try a new colour. Would totally recommend. My only tip would be patient with removal, takes a while but worth it!

This has been amazing! The products you get with this kit are great for your first DIY starter kit. There's an easy to use guide with step by step clear instructions. There's also a colour chart on the back of the user-guided. (nice touch) I've already got a list of colours for my next order. Colours are great, LED NYK1 LAMP is easy to use and I love the black carry bag. The customer service I've received from NYK1 has been great too. Easy to contact and responsive. Delivery was quick and well packed. Highly recommend!

So pleased with my kit! I ordered it with the 'stone' and 'be dazzled' colours, which both look fantastic. The kit arrived super quick and has so many accessories, all in a handy bag. Ive achieved a great glitter sliver ombre over the stone using the glitter and brushes included. The lamp is better quality than the ones they use at my local salon!I'd definitely recommend this purchase, I've had loads of compliments on my nails - everyone thinks they are professionally done, and it saves loads of money.

I just love it! Great quality and all the products are good! Just i do not like that there was no delivery options for me! I was working and it was quite difficult to arrange an evening delivery! The company needs to have a look on that options please! Also, it would be nicer if it was bigger quantity for acetone and the oil for cutticles! In general, i am really happy as i did it myself and it last for 15 days for sure. I saved a lot of money and i did it like the saloon. I wished the nail colours were not so expensive though.

Je viens de recevoir ma commande! L'envoi était plutôt long. Mais enfin je l'ai eu. Quand j'ai voulu utiliser le kit je me suis rendu compte que la lampe avait une prise US.... :( donc pas utilisable en Europe!!! Génial.... Sans commentaire!
