Q: How do I use this with a console?

Get a HDMI splitter as well to allow connecting the capture box and the monitor at the same time.

Q: Image is delayed by a couple of seconds.... how can i fix ths?

Depending on your internet speed and processor is the variable

I see it as a webcam while using OS so I don't see a reason why any other product would have a problem. Great product and I just purchased another one.

Q: I can't managed to pull up the stream from the device in vlc. debug: no meta reader modules matched. anyone have a similar issue?

I would use OBS to capture and then stream RTMP to VLC.
