More Expensive but Excellent Quality
An excellent product. Spins on easily without cross-threading, unlike the other, much cheaper, brand of oil filter I had been using previously. The welded nut makes removal of the filter so easy. Such a simple idea so why has no one else thought of this before? A bit more expensive than other filters but well worth it. I have now purchased this for the last two annual services on my MGB and will most likely purchase again next year.

Perfect product if you care about your engine
I have used these filters on many engines now and I can definitely say they are brilliant, especially if the filter is located in an awkward place. (Nut fitted to bottom for removal). K and N are a premium brand but for the extra cost I feel more confident knowing the engine is receiving a lower restriction and better filtered oil. Less dry starting has been noticed as well as oil pressure being almost instant due to the anti drain feature.

Difficult to find decent long life oil filters for my car that gets a full oil change every 9000 miles now it's getting old. I used this product from a dealership last year, wished I'd seen this through this seller - saved £15! Feels solid and weighty and I would hope lives up to K&N quality in regards to filtration but the nut welded to the top is not as useful as I had hoped - the rounding on the outside edge of it as well as the paint finish makes it a bit slippery to get a spanner on if you are approaching it from an angle anything but perfect which, lets face it, is generally the case in an engine bay and most definitely the case on a Navara D40. Ended up using the old triclaw oil filter wrench to nip it up.

buyer beware surface corrosion on the filter metal that allows oil to pass thur impurities may cause damage to your engine. That is why it pirced $17 AED less than OEM.

Use it for all my cars
Definitely recommend K&N filters for any car you plan on beating on and driving fast, the filtration is superior to standard oil filters when it’s mostly needed.
