THEY ARE LIKE TASTY LITTLE BITES OF HEALTH THAT CAN BE EATEN ON EVERYTHING FROM PORK OR LAMB ROASTS, TO SALADS AND DESSERTS AS WELL AS ALONE IN MODERATION FOR A FILLING SNACK AS WELL. IT'S HARD TO FIND A BAG OF THIS SIZE IN THE STORE AS WELL.
