I have now placed my third order to make sure I have a supply.My first order was to mix into my cold drinks but I ended up finding Red Roselle Hibiscus Flower Tea by Palm Beach Herbals.(Amason sells) and make a hot tea and strawberry drink with some sugar. My first cup wasn't the best but when finding the right mix and after 3 cups, it's now y daily drink. I keep a thermos next to me with a cup and a half of the mix.I'm a high blood pressure person and after just a week of drinking this tea, my b/p has stabilized. This is amazing. Add to plain Greek yogurt for more flavor. Add to ice water. Use it to make strawberry shortcake ice cream crunch topping. So versatile. It tastes amazing. No added sugar. There’s no funky smell. I’ve ordered this several times. I don’t think it’s overpriced. It’s a really amazing product.

I love this my only complain is that it doesn’t mix well. I put it in my sons milk and he loves it.

I bought these to pump up the berry flavor in strawberry smoothies to which I add whole milk Greek yogurt, creamy oat milk, sweetener, and a bunch of frozen strawberries — Ninja blasts to a thick deliciousness. A little cool whip on top and it’s heaven! I think the powder just gives it that extra oomph! Lol

I used this in a Swiss buttercream icing recipe for a wedding cake. It added great strawberry flavor to the icing. I received many compliments.

Hey--I've been very excited about this product in the past. I believe this to be my 4th tub of it--yet suddenly, with this shipment, the color is brighter, the taste is different, less true strawberry sweet and powdery. "Nature Restore" company: Have you changed your berry source? Your method of processing? Was the freeze-drying and powdering process shortened, perhaps? Although it has the moisture-control packet in it, it seems more 'moist', though it was sealed very well. I'm going to explore other brands.

Nature Restore USDA Certified Organic Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder, 10 Ounces, Non GMO, Gluten Free, VeganI ordered Nature Restore Organic Strawberry Powder to flavor cookies for my granddaughter’s “berry first birthday.” I used the powder to flavor my shortbread cookie dough, royal icing and meringue cookie batter. The flavor was fabulous and it also added some color to my red dough, so I did not need to use as much food coloring. I found that it changed the textured of my royal icing, but in a positive way. The icing was actually a bit more elastic and although it dried well, it had a softer bite. I have since used it to flavor my whipped cream for a Swiss roll cake, a batch of Kohakutou jelly candy and to make strawberry malt drinks. It is truly wonderful. I do strain the powder before using it, which is a matter of personal preference. I don’t like the tiny strawberry seeds. That also helps it melt completely. I will definitely buy this again and hope the company expands their fruit flavors.
