Instructions1. Cut out the target tattoo;2. Remove the clear cover and place tattoo face down on skin;3. Wet the tattoo thoroughly with a sponge or cloth;4. Gently remove the backing paper after 20-30 seconds' thorough wet condition;5. Let it dry naturally and do not touch it before it is completely dry.
