I read some negative reviews, but if you follow the instruction step-by-step, you will definitely get good results from my experience. You can actually boil the the guard multiple times but the trick yes wait at least three seconds before you put it inside your mouth then don’t bite push with your fingers and then suck as much as you can but still keep modeling the guard with your fingers. This gave me a almost perfect fit.Thank yo
