I bought two of these (type c for my note 8) and have absolutely loved them! However, I've got to take a star off because when I ordered a third one (to be clear, the other 2 are still working perfectly, I just wanted to have an extra on hand,) it is, sadly, a complete dud. It's not visually damaged in any way, but it just...doesn't work. at all. I thought my phone had stopped working at first actually and completely panicked before I tried it with my other Hishell cable and it worked perfectly.That being said, these are honestly so great. I haven't checked the reviews since buying my first one, but I don't recall seeing anyone else having this issue so I honestly think it's probably pretty rare and I just have bad luck. The adapters themselves are amazing, they don't wiggle around or anything so I don't have to worry about any damage to my port. Getting the magnets to connect are not an issue at all and they'll stay connected very securely until it's bumped.I do wish that buying replacement the adapter/magnet without the cable were an option because I once tore my case off without thinking and broke my magnet off and had to buy the whole thing again just to get another magnet. I haven't had any problems with this not fitting with any of my cases, and I've used at least 4 different ones so far. There should really be no issue with a case unless you, like I did, rip the case off without removing your magnetic adapter first.Overall, I wish 4.5 stars were possible so I kind of just had to round down.

I purchased these so to avoid damages that caused by constantly plug/unplug. My kids has several devices that they use on a daily basis: tablet, phone, laptop(chromebook) and all of them are type C now. However, kids being kids, they can be rough when they unplug the charger and just not being careful. After while, the charging port on the device started to get loose and not able to hold charges. The solution is to use these magnetic charging cable with several connectors. I just simply leave the connectors in the devices and when it need to be charged, just magnetically connect the wire and boom! No more plug in and unplug excessively to cause the port to be loose.These are braided cable and very durable, the magnetic is really strong, too strong in some cases. but they definitely pass the kid test. Good price and fast shipping of course!

It works sometimes i use it with my s8+ and it just doesnt charge or charges really slow most times not a good product the magnet is round so it doesnt stay in place very well i would reccomend one of those rectangle type magnet cables. Also the light on the cable never turns off it would have been nice if it turned off after being plugged it. I say domt buy this it just isnt worth the price just get a little bit of a better one.

Great design on the magnet, suit my Note 6 very well! Came with nice packaging and i can tell the cable itself is strong not like the 3$ i bought on Ebay.

Magnet works very well and the overall feel if the product is excellent. I like how it fits snug in my Pixel 2 XL and lights up when charging. I've been using it for a few days and currently have no issues.

Brought two of these items one broke magnet and one lost magnet. Cant seem to buy the magnets only . Not recomended magnets fall apart.

The adapter that stays in the phone broke off, it's plastic. Poorly made
