Freeze Dried Diced Strawberry 70g

Lovely strawberry taste and not too small pieces. Good on cereals and other opportunities in cuisine. Very reasonable price and in an excellent self sealing foil container. Shall get more.. Came promptly. well packed. Good.

I've experimented with lots of strawberry flavourings for baking but every strawberry essence has an artificial taste. I saw this and thought I'd give it a go; I'm delighted, the flavour is intense and natural. I blitzed 15 grams in my food processor to make a powder and added it to the dry ingredients for a cake. The cake texture was as it always is, light and fluffy, and the strawberry flavour was superb.

Hard to get hold of outside of the Internet. but I really like these to add to cereal. They make any bland cereal suddenly interesting! Not cheap, but quite a big pack and they do make the bland fantastic.

The ice dried strawberry pieces were I think the cheapest I could find on Amazon.Also, I have taken into consideration the rating, which was very good.They are crunchy, sweet and tasty, as they are suppose to be.They are a healthy and tasty cereal topper.Thank you.

Nice product, good size pieces. Great for adding to muesli or baking with.

Just tried these but not used in a recipe or with anything (except some white chocolate buttons I was eating at the time which is a nice pairing). They are quite sharp and texture like foam rubber. I think they will be good in say icing, cake decorating, on husbands cornflakes etc. Also quite expensive.

So much cheaper as my previous pk I brought in Waitrose over £2 for about 70gm so this is so much cheaper and they don’t stick together as much
