Not what I expected when comparing to the pic. It's small. It's floppy, definitely needs more stuffing. But my son wanted it, he likes it. The arms n legs are "springy" which is cool. I think it's maybe 10" when you pull the legs straight out.

Got it for my son who likes this kinda stuff. It's good quality and he's had it for about a month now and it's still holding up.
