Don’t get this combo. I ordered it, got a faulty mouse that doesn’t even turn on. The keyboard i get skips words while typing. And it’s a service centre replacement item, so Amazon won’t replace it. I tried to appeal on the Ant Esports website, but they rejected my claim. This is single-handedly the worst experience i’ve got through Amazon.

I never bought this brand before and I’m not buying it again. To begin with, they sent me defective product. The mouse is not at all working. I have contacted them. They do not have easy returns or exchange. You can only claim the warranty even if the mistake is on their side through the form. They are not reachable over phone. I have uploaded the photos and videos in the claim. They only allow one photo per question. They have rejected my claim saying they need more photos. I have to now create a new claim. The process is annoyingly long. They do not have a clean and simple customer support. It was totally my fault to trust this new brand.
