Super soft and okay
The battery pack was impossible to open and ended up breaking it to get the batteries in there. My kids still likes it but the song can be a bit annoying and long.

Arrived squashed, ripped & broken
I was excited to give this gift to my son who loves Lankybox and the Milk song but when I saw the condition the item had arrived in I didn’t have high hopes it was quality product. The plushy was very squashed when i first opened it and upon further examination there was a half inch rip underneath the inner part of the handle. The battery compartment lid was broken as well. Quite disappointed in this purchase but attempting to fix it myself and make the best of it as I don’t wish to return and possibly receive one in even worse condition.
