Like a lot of people, I needed something at home for resistance training that was practical and storable. I originally bought a cheap resistance bands set from an internet based company that was my only option with stock available. The band set came with cheap small handles that inevitably broke. These handles were a definite improvement in sturdiness and build quality, and I now also use them on the improved and better quality resistance band set I also upgraded too.They are longer and have thinner handles than the standard handles I originally had. Plus the metal ring is thicker so had a little trouble working and forcing the resistance band caribenas onto them.

Best resistance band I found; very fairly priced too. Most resistance bands come with very poor handles; if you're pulling more than 70 pounds they will break. This one didn't! Very good product!

I got these to work with exercise bands (the handles that came with the bands broke/split). These are a gym-sturdy pair, larger and more robust than the ones that came with the bands. Exactly what I needed/wanted.

Using these on a pulley system and work fine. Haven’t used beyond 45kg yet but no issues.

Definitely does the job.I bought these in a effort to get back into the gym but without having to handle handles that everyone else is using (C-19 measures). They work fine so far. Decent feel to the grips, no sign of deterioration, good level of rotation.I am using these with training gloves, weight variance loaded from 5kg - 30kg, cable machine only.I would recommend if your usage will be similar to mine, unsure of how much these can take above the weight I am using them for.

A good decision to buy these and not other slightly cheaper ones available elsewhere.

I workout with the bands 5-6 times a week and my original band handles started cracking on the sides so I purchased these new handles as a replacement. From my first workout with the new handles, I was extremely impressed with them. They are more durable, wider and most of all...more comfortable than the original grips that came with the bands.Definitely worth the buy if needing replacement band handles!

We cancelled our gym membership because of the coronavirus and rediscovered our home gym. But our gym doesn't have a handle I need. These handles do the job very well. I have only used them for about 10 workouts but they seem quite durable. They are comfortable, too. There is probably a better handle out there but not for this price.
