A bit difficult to make the whole the right size for the piping but that was down to me not the butt's fault

great water butt... however ive dropped 1 star just because if you use the pre drilled tap location as a joining point to another barrel, there is no other re-enforced location to add a tap and to get the tap at a low point its then at an angle. sorry but been a bit picky ! if your just getting the 1 barrel it 5* :)

Will take a long time to fill butt with rain water so have left lid half on to maximise on water intake. Holes for rain in lid too small but presumably to stop leaves etc. getting into butt. Tap nice and low and have raised my butt on bricks to put watering can under. No need to buy plastic base to raise it.

Look solid, seems to be good value

210 litre capacity is a good size. The plastic it's made of is of a good quality when compared to the one it's replacing and overall the construction is good. Delivery was as promised - ie rapid. So much for the positives...... Had to drill a 22mm hole for the water intake pipe (which it didn't come with) with no issues. Half filled it with water and watched the tap leak, as reported by others, so used PTFE tape on the thread which appeared to sort it but my confidence is lowered tap-wise. The lid is just a bit of a small diameter and its unrquired lockable gizmo is weak and came with no method of locking/unlocking so a screwdriver was used. I'll break it off fairly soon. I think that for the price (note that VAT is added to the quoted price) this butt is a good deal as better/bigger versions seem to start around £50, which for me is too much, and it should last for quite a while if used carefully.

Cet appareil est très solide et très bien conçu et son prix est tout à fait raisonnable il convient donc tout à fait à un emploi courant, par exemple pour constituer un réservoir pour l'arrosage ou bien pour transporter de l'eau dans une camionnette , ce qui constitue pour le moment les deux emplois que je réserve à mes deux bidons.

Dopo meno di 2 anni la cisterna ha ceduto crepandosi.

Je ne recommande pas ce produit car je l'ai reçu totalement abîmé sur chaque côté. La qualité du produit n'est pas terrible. Au prix où je l'ai payé, je suis déçue !

Récupération eau de pluie - j’aurais du prendre 2 fois plus grand !
