The Chosen Bean Cold Brew Coffee, Organic Freshly Roasted Coarse Ground Beans, 12 Ounce KOSHER FOR PASSOVER

I ordered the Cold Brew blend (Coarse Grind) based on customer reviews. I am new to cold brewing and had not been able to find one to suit my taste...until now! This coffee is delicious and noticeably freshly ground. I like that the roast date was shown on the bag, which was just a few days prior to delivery. My cold brew came out perfectly! I enjoyed it so much that I had to try the coffee hot, which is my preference for my first morning cup. So, I pulled out my coffee grinder and made a finer grind for my drip coffee maker. Well, so much for my cold brewing efforts; this coffee is even better hot! I suppose I will keep the coarse grind for cold brews but plan to order more Chosen Beans soon for my hot morning coffee needs.

I've been ordering this for a while and making bulk batches of cold brew with it. The flavor comes out very smooth and rich consistently. I feel like I know exactly what I am going to get and that result is very pleasant to drink. I usually let it brew for 12 hours and then strain it through a filter. The first glass always has a bit of a burnt flavor to it, but that is gone by the next day. I suspect it just needs a chance to settle after being filtered.

Good coffee very flavorful!

I have always used another popular cold brew coffee and thought things could not get any better. I was wrong! This coffee is absolutely wonderful! It is a smooth as silk and the flavor is addictive. I find myself drinking more coffee, which may not be for the best, but, I am truly enjoying this blend. If you are a cold brew fanatic....do yourself a favor and try this one. You will not regret it.

I used this for a cold brew. I brewed using the KitchenAid cold brew machine. I brewed in the fridge for 24 hours. Not sure if I got a bad batch, but it was very very bitter. I like a smoother, less butter, bolder flavor cold brew than this coffee produced.

I actually don’t use this for a cold brew I did try it and it was very good as a cold brew but now I put it in my coffee grinder and I grind it up fine and I use it for regular drip coffee it is very good as a great taste

The grind lacked the coarseness necessary for brewing in a French Press.

Not a great flavor - it almost tastes like hot drip coffee poured over ice, instead of cold brew proper. Definitely weaker than other brands I've tried, too. Not worth the relatively high price.
