i bought these pads on amazon to use as part of my detox program, well the 1st night i stuck them on with the adesive sheets that come with these pads.the pads were black in the morning, but when i wash my feet coz it does make a mess when you take them of, the horrific stench off almost death hit you right in the face, and of corse its all those nasty toxins coming out imagine what they doing the body.the took about 3 weeks to get here i think they come from china, hence the four stars.all in all wonderful product from what i have seen and well worth an investment

I read mixed reviews about these types of products but thought I'd give it a go anyway. It seems to be okay. I don't believe it is totally just heat activated as I have tried this on my upper arms, stomach and feet and have had varied results. The feet pads started off going very dark and are gradually getting lighter. They can come off at night so socks over them are a good idea.

I got these Pads and found that they are great for Weight loss,improves circulation, better sleep, relief for joints and ankle pain helped with relief from swollen ankles , so much so I had to reorder for the whole family.We all love them.

Did not come in a box or anything secure to store it in. The patches were in a clear bag and the sticky stuff to secure them on, was in what looked like a bread bag. There was no instructions or leaflet at the very least. But as for the product, it is easy enough to use.

Got what I paid for .They were chucked in a package and quite a few were stuck together, but for £11.99 what can you expect. I have paid that money for four pads in this bargain you get 100 pads just have patience to sort them out and your on to a winner.

I chose this rating as the product does what I want it to which is remove uric acid build up around my joints. I have had some in the past where the sticking pad was not adhesive enough and they came off during the night but this batch is perfect.

I love the idea of these but unfortunately the only result was sticky feet. I persevered which is why I haven't written a review before now but I now wish I hadn't wasted my money and time.
