GBSci Multivitamin Essentials for Women with Iron and Biotin

Bought these last year and they were excellent. They were medium size oval and you could smell the vitamins in them as you often can with multivitamins. They definitely helped me. Just re-ordered and they are tiny white round pills that look and smell like chalk. Really don’t believe they are multivitamins this time. Very disappointed

I have noticed an increase in energy as I lead a very busy life and don't get much sleep albeit being someone who would naturally sleep around 9 hours per day. Now sleeping 7-8 is completely enough! I have also always been slightly iron deficient, so I assume this is related, and I also noticed that my nails are much stronger and growing very fast. My hairdresser did say I might need more calcium (this multivitamin does not contain much) by looking at my roots, but otherwise great overall product!

Seem to be working ok. Have only been taking them for a short while but have noticed that red spots on my skin have faded. Maybe the multivitamins I was taking before were too high dose.

GP tested me, and said I was low in Vitamin D3 AND folic acid - despite taking this for three months. How come? No nasty stomach pain though compared to other multivitamins which is a plus, but is it even working I wonder?

My second bottle of these multivits and im pretty sure theyve helped with general well being and to some extent with hair loss

I have found that these 'multivitamins' are giving me severe stomach pains. I wasn't sure what it was that was causing these pains but when I narrowed it down after playing around with what I consume daily, it turns out that these pills are the culprits. I will stop taking them and get my stomach problem seen to. I just hope they are what they say they are and that I just have a strange intolerance to them
