I love using this product. It has the taste of honey to me, and it’s the easiest way for me to take creatine. I take it immediately after a work out and on non workout days, I take it with my breakfast. Speaking g for myself and my son who takes it with me, we see more muscle development, definition and lasting pumps. I’m working on my legs which I hate but using this product I’m seeing the results I want. Make sure to drink plenty of water, eat healthy and clean and use this creatine. It works .

Horrible flavor - the worst thing I’ve ingested in a while. Can’t speak to the effectiveness considering I chose to toss the product instead of suffering through it. Couldn’t even get my human garbage disposal of a husband to finish them.

I must say I am truly impressed with this product. I could tell a difference during my first taste. I must say that I had no issues with the taste and was surprised it didn't have any after taste. It came out as a liquid and not a gel and that was to my surprise because of the way it was packaged. I have been taking for 5 days and I truly can tell a difference in my body's reaction to exercise. More energy and no crash. I actually lost a pound doing strength weight training and cycling and running as normal. Can't wait to see the results after a month of using this product. I will buy again.

I was surprised to see a UPS truck making a delivery for Amazon but I guess that explains why the packaging looked as if it went through a war battle and back & it took longer than expected for the item to arrive. Other than that… the product was fine even though the box inside was partially crushed.

I am new to this brand I am trusting this more than the rest of the products I have used in the past. I saw results after 3 weeks and I truly like this product.
