This is quite possibly the best herbal medicine book you’ll ever buy.The content is set out in such an easy to find, read and follow manner, well structured, with a concise and extensive array of herbal remedies for almost all requirements.If you’re into a more natural, herbal approach, and you don’t buy this book, you’ll probably regret it for the rest of your life.

This book is a great gateway into the world of herbal medicine. References to ancient and traditional uses complement explanations of modern use, and the plants are explored in an informal way. That isn't to say that the book isn't accurate and scientific (there is plenty of jargon and scientific terminology to sink your teeth into), simply that it's inviting and unintimidating.I've found myself down hundreds of research rabbit holes whilst reading this book. It's a warm hug of a gateway to the medicinal world.

Very well written, science based book on Herbal Medicine Making.

It's a good book, but I was expecting that more information to be provided.felt repetitive and a bit basic ( as in general knowledge).i would have loved more examples on the categories of herbs to make a really good use of it ( ex of Alkaloidal bitters.Also US measurements system in place. Also to mention that half of the book is a classification of plants (where the category is not included).Depends how you look at it, some people would be happy to know about world wide plants but put in practice how likely are you to pick those and use it in your formula?

Really good read. Informative and concise. Easy to follow. Love the recipes and the chapter on how to formulate your own herbal remedies. Recommend for any herbal enthusiast starting out.

This book is full of the information you need to learn herbal medicinal procedures. Its indepth enoguh and not to complicated. If you are starting out or just beginner this compilation is amazing. plus, the book is well made and the images are great quality.

An awesome book, a classic, that will stay on my book shelf and be referred to frequently. Chock full of herbs, methods, uses. Very clearly laid out and complete.
