I have used 2 sachets for one risotto, still not enough colour or flavour, a bit of a waste of time really. Don't think you will be able to achieve what you tasted on holiday...

Lovely ink
I am so happy that I can get squid ink on line! I made arroz negro and it was fantastic.great ink at a good price!

Lovely on seafood pasta or rice meals
I cooked a gorgeous pasta with prawns, garlic and chillis meal. The kids were delighted with the ink, they said it was so cool. Lovely also for a seafood paella.

cuttlefish ink
Its not squid ink its cuttlefish ink, did the job but its a cheaper alternative, bit annoyed when it clearly says squid

Not to my expectations
Not the best ink I've had. I've had pasta nero di sepia many times and by using this particular ink didn't do the job for me Disappointed
