AMAZING VALUE!! I’ve put on 20 pounds this year.. and with five kids, Getting to the gym has been nearly impossible.. I am so happy with this bike.. with so many of these on the market, I ultimately decided on this one.. because the price was right.. and so happy I did!!this bike Compares to a gym quality biking experience,! It is amazingly durable and solid !! Since it will be remaining in my living room , I love that it is also beautiful And high end looking.It glides beautifully! The seat is adjustable both forward, backward , and up and down. As well as the handle bars, so my kids can also utilize it.Installation was pretty intense, But it only took my husband about 30 minutes, luckily the instructions were very clear and easy to read. Which I truly appreciated.It’s a little heavy but not unmanageably heavy, But adds to the quality aspect of it.Overall Extremely happy with this purchase. It comes highly recommended, A friend of mine is also considering purchasing the same unit after trying mine. Definitely worth every penny

Like so many others, I have transitioned into working remotely which has resulted in obtaining even less exercise than before. After browsing dozens of listings and reading many reviews, the Squatz seemed like a reasonable, relatively low budget option. The bike arrived quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the it was to assemble. It does not take up much space – I keep it in my living room so I can watch shows or listen to music. I haven’t used the bike for more than an hour at a time, but it is quiet, and I love how you can adjust the intensity by turning a knob.If you’re looking for something fancy, this bike may not be for you. It has an analog interface with an LCD display and buttons that you have to push to cycle through each option. I know that this product is advertised with an accompanying training app, but this was not a selling point for me since I prefer to keep my applications to a minimum. I would also take the “calorie counting” option on the bike display with a grain of salt since the calories burned during exercise will vary depending on the intensity of the pedaling and your body structure. My only small complaint is that the bike seat that comes with the Squatz is not comfortable at all despite its claims. Thankfully, removing the bike seat is easy and I was able to replace it with a comfier one no problem. Overall, this appears to be a solid purchase so far and I hope it helps me drop some of the weight accumulated during the COVID-19 lockdowns!

This cycling bike has been a great addition in our workout room. I love being able to get extra cardio at home. It was very easy to assemble, it comes with step-by-step directions to complete it. It can be a one person job for sure. It is incredibly quiet and operates so smoothly. The seat is very comfortable which is important to me as a good cardio workout will take me 45 minutes to an hour. The LCD monitor is easy to read and displays many features such as speed, distance, time and calories burnt. The caged pedals make sure you are safe while cycling, it keeps your feet securely in place. The pedals glide smoothly. You can also choose your resistance for your workouts, I like that it can be adjusted as my husband and I both use this and we both have a different resistance level, so it’s nice that it can accommodate both of us. There are 8 different resistance levels. We have a room for the bike but if it ever needs to be relocated it has wheels that makes transporting it a cinch. It operates very quietly so I can also use it in the early morning without waking anyone in the house!

Flimpsy! Not be able to ride standing. Have to sit down all the time. It's not a professional indoor cycling machine. I would rather pay a bit more for being able to stand up or sit down to ride my bike.

This exercise cycling bike was very easy to get set up all the way, and for me to start using immediately. I was able to set it up with only one person, so that definitely was a bonus! It is red and black color and definitely stands out and looks very nice. The material that is used to make this exercise bike is very thick, not thin and seems to be very durable and holds my 185 pound weight just fine, no issues at all. I love how easy it is to just hop on it and get cycling away, whenever I need to get my exercise in. It is not too big or bulky. It’s good size and compact, so it does not take up much room. You can change the intensity on the pedalingvery simply to whatever you would like. Overall, I’m very happy with this exercise cycling bike and would recommend it.
