The overall concept of this backpack is a wonderful idea; however, it has defective zippers. The first time it's zipper broke (The teeth of the zipper separate when the zipper is closed.) As it was a gift purchased in advance of the birth date, it took beyond the return date allowed. So I tried to have a repair shop fix it (A cost of $25.00 to just try a new zipper latch to possibly catch the teeth better.). This fix did not work either. My only option now is to totally replace the large compartment zippers - at a cost greater than the bag. So much for a good concept.......
