Fit as expected. I did read reviews before buying so did as another reviewer advised and when wearing them with a skirt I wore tights underneath to help them stay up [it was a cold day, which helped! but you do have to pull them up occasionally] I am only 5'3" and they are about 3 inches above the knee, a bit tight around the top but they do give after a couple of wears so i know i'll have problems with them slipping down over time. I don't mind as they're not costly. It would be great if the companies who make these could make them longer to come higher up the thigh with a little more give at the top with the rubbery comfort grips like a sock version of hold up stockings. That would be perfect and I'm sure a lot of wearers would agree. Apart from that, they are lovely and quirky [I got the red and black too] I would buy these again.

Good quality , soft and stretchy over the knee socks..but they just come to about 6 inches above the centre of my kneecap...so I could only use them with a skirt or dress that comes to below my knee if I didnt want a gap !

I bought these socks in both blue and white as I wanted some long socks for winter but not just plain old black or grey. As i'm pretty short (5"3) they do come over my knee but since i'm a dancer they sadly are too tight to wear full length but perfectly fine when worn folded below my knees. they are pretty soft and quite comfy to wear all day although not thicker than average socks. Pretty happy overall

It was good same as picture but size was too small and tight not was as expected.

I don't find these comfortable as they're so very very tight at the top. I am not a large person so I think most adult women would find the same.

Fit was fine, although I did find once on the white of the socks stretched and became slightly translucent which didn't really give the look I wanted for the event I was planning. But these are really comfy, warm socks, that look adorable on.

I bought these for my wife and she is very happy with them. They have been through a lot of washes and tumble dries since they were purchased, and she says they are lasting well. If she's happy, so am I.

I need thigh high socks and the description said over the knee thigh high it needs to be more specific if its just over knee or they are actually thigh high im too tall :( maybe there should be different sizes and a size measurment option.
