It is easy to use but you might need to pull the needle through the last bit with a small set of pliers. A thin sharp bradwal will also give you a good start.

Ideal if you do a lot of hand stitching or leather or heavy canvas. Fits well in the hand and having multiple dimples helps align the needle without having to look at the palm. The leather itself seems a bit stiff as the edges tend to dig in a bit to your hand but, I'm hoping this will ease off with time and use.Overall a handy thing to have

Nice palm
This is a well made sturdy palm. Very good value for money and very comfortable to use. Had me in stitches!!.

A must if you are sewing thick material.
The leather is thick and a little uncomfortable, so I trimmed and rounded off the leather carefully with a Stanley knife. Then soaked the sewing palm in a bowl of warm water to soften and stretch the leather, let it dry naturally and the palm fits and feels much better.

Beats putting holes in your fingers!
Does the job but the metal join in the leather is quite painful on the back of the hand and the thumb hole is a bit small for my hand. The palm is a little large overall and the leather very stiff. No doubt this will improve and become more supple with use. I think I would look for a better fit next time - or an adjustable one.
