The people there are known for their luxuriant hair and their excellent health. Millet is a good source of silicon, an essential trace element for strong hair structure. It also contains protein which is important for providing the keratin of which hair is mostly made, and magnesium which counters stress. It contains small amounts of iodine and B vitamins such as pantothenic acid which contributes to hair quality. Stinging Nettle has many healthcare uses. Not many know that, for centuries, it has been used as a hair tonic and a way of bringing back natural hair colour. Like millet, stinging nettle is rich in silicon. Brewers yeast is another essential ingredient of Hair Complex as it is an excellent source of protein, essential amino acids, chromium and B-complex vitamins. Ingredients: Each tablet contains extract from Panicum miliaceum (millet) seed (125mg), extract from fresh Urtica dioica (stinging nettle) herb (125mg), brewers yeast powder and zinc citrate 3-hydrate. Also contains microcrystalline cellulose, pregelatinised maize starch, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, hydrogenated cottonseed oil, magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and glycerol to 580mg. 1 tablet contains 3mg zinc.

I am free of dandruff and no longer suffer from itchy scalp for which hair complex may be said to have helped. However, I hoped to see hair restoration in those areas where my hair has receded. This hasn't happened and i continue to look for other products which might do this for me.

This product along with anduvite and urticalcin and pil food is WONDERS for ALOPECIA sufferers. Would not go without it. I buy it for my daughter but also use it for myself as its great for nail, skin and gives hair lovely shine

Vogel's Hair Complex
I'm sorry to say that after 5 weeks of taking these tablets I can detect very little difference. However, I have always found Vogel's products to be very good & they usually know what they're talking about, so I shall continue with them for a while longer. I think it should be stressed that they contain a small amount of yeast which is no good for people with a yeast intolerance .... and this was not mentioned in the advert on Amazon. I will be writing a further review if I have better results in time.
