What you see is what you get!
We ordered this and it arrived after only 10 days, well ahead of the scheduled delivery and it is exactly as described and depicted in the picture. It's well made and very simple to put together....there are no instructions as such just a single piece of paper with diagrams of all of the pieces with a few images showing basically how to put it together. It's very sturdy and easily holds all of our plants, some of which are quite heavy in ceramic pots. We're delighted with it and although it seems quite pricey it is exactly what we were looking for.
