I bought this for my other half. She suffers from copd and has constant flem issues. She said this device has help with that a lot and was glad that I got it for her.

My husband and I both use these. They work great and are very helpful for exercising lungs! It is small and easy to use. Highly recommend!!!

Not sure why others are complaining. Mine vibrates fine. It has held up fine many months later. There are zero issues I've had with it tbh. It comes with extra filters and different size bearings. Sounds like user errors moreso than a design flaw.

Good instructions but could use more information about how to choose the size ball to start with. Didn’t notice much vibration until I got to the largest ball. Good exercise.

The item works but the quality does not last.... I spent 38.00 and used for maybe a month and the main piece where the mouth piece goes in has fracture cracks all around it and now has a large crack making unusable . Very disappointed to say the least... I will be looking for something similar but would not recommend this one due to quality.....

Was able to clear up mucus and improve breathing. Simple and easy to use. Easy to clean

I have Pulmonary Fibrosis and require breathing assistance equipment that is effective and easy to use. I just keep my excerciser next to my favorite recliner and set my phone alarm when it’s time to exercise my lungs. This works, folks, my Pulmonary Function Test results are evidence of the efficacy of this helpful device.
