Does the drinker tray at bottom autofill up as hens drink or do you have to manually fill tray. would this be suitable for ducks** A: Yes, it auto fills. It is fine for our ducks but does get very muddy and is very difficult to clean the nozzle and inside. **Q: Can the drinking saucer be removed for cleaning?** A: The saucer is easy to clean just use a high powered jet of water from your hose and remove any debris. Great product as it holds plenty of water and once filled the legs are balanced. **Q: How do you clean the inside of the drinker once it was been assembled** A: Use Milton or similar non tainting cleaner . Put lid on and give a good swill round. Empty and rinse with water . Then refill. Do regular or makes it harder to get clean. You’ll never get it perfect. This will last them a good month at least!! 5 stars for me in terms of product, cost and design very happy!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very good waterer *by W***E on 28 September 2019* Set up was easy, just clip in the 3 legs, place it on a level surface and fill it with water, initially couldn’t work out where to leave the valve position so referred to previous reviews, so with the lid on fully, and the valve fully open it works perfectly. Yes iff it is out in the sun for more than a week or 2 you will get the usual green algae start to build up, but if I expect with my 9 birds I will rinse and refill on a weekly basis anyway which is what I was doing on a daily basis with my previous smaller waterer.
