Love it. I cleaned the kitchen and dining rooms floors, laminate floors. I have used a steamer in the past and this is better than the last one I had. The pad was black when done, a good sign it was clean. I will be using it to do my carpet next; I will need to buy some more pads until I can get this one washed.

The best. I had another steamer and use this one immediately after and it cleaned so much better. It's kind of pricey but I split the cost with my neighbor since we only use it two or three times a month so it made sense

Bought this one for Daughter and she Loves it does a excellent Job 😊 easy to switch from portable to floor model and able to switch on and off with 4 adjustable steam setting with ease , two 👍’s👍’s up…

My husband insisted he wanted to purchase this one despite the reviews. He used it twice, and I used it once within a year times, and we were very, very pleased with it. Steam real makes a difference on laminated floor and all the dirt and smudge as soon as you are done. I was starting to think I was wrong. However, we tried to use it one month from the year of purchase, and no steam. What! I would also love to leave it with zero stars, but the app doesn't allow it. They didn't offer warranties then, but I see some do offer it now. I'm starting to believe it wasn't built to last. They don't care about quality, only the money they are making. No integrity whatsoever. Save yourself the headache, don't buy it. It's to much money to be wasting.

Came with a window cleaning tool, but no coral cloth for window cleaning tool , no microfiber scrubbing cloth for window cleaning tool, no garment steaming cloth, no lint cloth, scraper, no duster with coral cloth, no information on where to get these items.

I believe in steam cleaning. This works great BUT be sure to buy extra pads for floor cleaning. Once you use one they don’t wash clean

So far so good. I cleaned my grill with this and it got all the burnt on grease off. I also did my windows which were a little harder to do without streaking, but overall with a paper towel, came out looking really good. I also did my floor and it looks amazing and is not sticky or streaked.I love it so far and will use it a lot.I like the fact that you can buy extra cleaning pads so we can dedicate pads for certain tasks only.Overall a good value if you can get it on sale.
