Excellent.
I ordered this book after reading the good reviews and haven't been dissappointed. It is one of the best books i've read on reflexology. The diagrams are very informative and the photographs help you locate the reflexes in the exact position on the hands. There are also chapters on ailments and how to treat them in 10 mins as well as how to treat yourself and the exact pressure and procedures to use. It is a good size to travel with too. This will be one of my favourites from now on along with the reflexology bible. For the price this one is a winner!

Hand Relexology
I'm not a reflexologist, but a body work therapist, and I bought this book to use for stress management groups and to enhance my other bodywork. I am really pleased with it. It is a really useful and well written little book, with loads of illustrations, an easy to understand overview and incredibly helpful treatment sections which are categorised well and easy to follow.

Excellent book. It's really difficult to find decent books on hand reflexology of which this is one. It gives a lot of info in a clear concise way, but you do need training in Reflexology to be able to get the most benefit out of it as it expects you to know the basics. Thanks for writing it.

New to foot and hand reflexology.
I have recently completed a year long reflexology course, mainly working on feet. Hand reflexology training was very little. I had this book pop up on a site on Facebook and checked it out. I love it. I can only say that I am glad to have got this book and now feel able to include this in my treatments as an option to feet. Great book.

If you are interested in the subject of hand reflexology you should check out this excellent book.
As a lifetime student (and instructor) of numerous martial arts (Judo, Jujitsu, Karate-Do) and healing systems (Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Reiki and Jin shin Jyutsu) I am always seeking to increase my knowledge on these subjects. I recently became interested in other hand healing methods and purchased this book (Hand Reflexology by Michael and Louise Keet) at a bargain price on Amazon.I had heard of reflexology in the past but I thought it just had to do with the pressure points on the feet; however, I found this volume focused on the hands in relation to healing. I also found a lot of this material was similar to the healing art of Jin Shin Jyutsu. This excellent book is in full color and explains the numerous hand pressure techniques to heal a wide variety of problems. This 128 page soft cover volume covers the following material: Why Flexology? Why hand reflexology, who can reflexology help, history of reflexology, modern reflexology, how does reflexology work, treating common conditions: treating yourself 10 minute treatments, balancing the body systems, specialized hand reflexology: 15 minute treatments and many other details on how to apply the hand reflexology techniques for healing and health. This is an excellent book for anyone interested in hand reflexology for healing and health.Rating: 5 Stars. Joseph J. Truncale (Author: Chair/Seated Tai Chi, Qigong, and Yoga for seniors and the physically challenged).
