Tony Curtis, Jack Lemmon and Peter Falk, supported by dozens of great actors, such as Natalie Wood and Larry Storch, make this one of the best films of it's type. The comic strip characters are brilliantly portrayed, with several major films and genres parodied throughout. Great for all ages.I can't say how many times I've watched it, but that number is still going up.

Fantastic comedy film the sixtys

Up there with Monte Carlo Or Bust or Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines screwball slapstick comedies. Loved them when I was a kid, still make me chuckle now.

Great actors in a great film, can only mean 1 thing, great film and a must watch

I was happy to have bought it. Also that it came to me at a good time.

It's long, it's funny, it's lavish and it's dedicated to Laurel and Hardy. Tony Curtis & Jack Lemmon star together again after their brilliant roles in 'Some Like It Hot'. This time they are joined by the beautiful Natalie Wood as they set off in in New York and traverse countries in a mad dash to the finish line in Paris. Without ruining the film or plot Jack Lemmon plays two characters in this film and is joined by Peter Falk (famous for his portrayal of the detective Colombo) as his sidekick Max. The film is directed by Blake Edwards (of The Pink Panther films fame) and features brilliant costumes by the late great Edith Head and a soundtrack by Henry Mancini. It's a film not many have heard of or know but it's a fantastic comedy and romp and has a subplot that will get you going! Well worth purchasing. 10 out of 10

Hilarious, great cast

The film might've been funny and entertaining back in the day but it hasn't aged well. I was falling asleep while watching it and was able to watch only half of it, then I gave up.

This is one of the funniest movies of all time, with great gag lines, fun allusions to other movies and genres, and slapstick comedy as well, but all of it at a level that does not insult the intelligence. I bought this copy to give to a friend who had never heard of this film before ~ I DON'T lend out my copy!
