Worked great for 3 weeks then it died.I am updating this review and rating (from 2 to 4 stars). After posting the initial review (as above) Barista Guys reached out to me and send me a product replacement expeditiously without any cost. That is amazing customer service and deserves to be acknowledged. The product itself is great as long as it functions. I hope the replacement will function much longer.

Worked well for a month! After a month it stopped working! Product was well maintained and properly cleaned. Made sure no water made its way to the battery pack and yet it stopped working!After posting this review, Customer Service promptly reached out to me and sent, no questions asked, a replacement frother! Thank you!I hope it lasts since it actually works very well!

Delivery was fast, works better than I expected!! The stand makes it handy. I like the shaker and the stencils. It just makes my drink look special and beautiful, without leaving my home!!! Yessss! I use for my golden milk turmeric tea. It froths the milk quickly! I imagine it works for any warm beverage of your choice. I can't wait to try it with Chai Tea. My kids will also enjoy the whipping or whisking up their hot cocoa.Update: It was pretty easy to use, and did its sole purpose: frothing milk.But after around 9 months, the frother spontaneously stopped working!!I replaced the batteries with multiple different batteries, fiddled with the battery prongs to make sure that It was touching the batteries and it still didn't work.

Great little frother at a good price. Only improvement would be to relocate the battery case opener - when I use it, the case tends to pop open. Working around it, though. The stencils are a nice touch!

I replaced the batteries with multiple different batteries, and it still didn't work. It is almost as if the company makes the product cheaply so that it stops working in a short amount of time, but after the return period ends! I suggest looking for a higher quality milk frother that won't stop working in a few months. I am upset because now I have a useless paperweight that I can't return or do anything with!

Great little tool and it works well frothing cream for coffee. Haven’t had it more than a week....if it lasts, I will consider it a good purchase.

Fun stencils and an effective frothing wand for a good price. However, it attaches on the inside with plastic. My wife knocked the stand over on the counter and it broke VERY easily. I'll have to purchase something a little more sturdy next time.
