Not so sweet
When my doctor told me to watch my sugar intake I had already been using Splenda products and told him so. I am borderline diabetic. So I decided to try to do better. I read good things about coconut palm sugar and thought I would give it a try. I am very disappointed, it does not sweeten as much as I hoped. I ended up using twice to three times the amount to get my coffee sweet. Never had that problem with Splenda (sucralose)

Sweet taste
Love this stuff, especially for diabetics. Great tasting and to your cooking that may require flour but a little sweetened already added !

sweetness/flavor
Being that it is coconut sugar it took alot in order to get the sweetness that I desired. If you don't mind things being a little tart than this product is fine just to take the bitterness off of a food. I was using it for my coffee and it was fine for that. I wouldn't use it to bake with.

Better used in cooking/baking.
Trying to use this natural instead of artificial sweeteners. Not fond of the taste in beverages. I havent tried it in cooking, but I definitely will. I'm sure it's better for cooking. Just not my style taste.

NO AFTER TASTE
Love this no after taste i use to use splenda , then raw , this is great !!!! No after taste

Eh. If you want something sweet- this isn’t it..
I don’t know what to say- except this doesn’t taste very sweet at all. Perhaps it’s because I’m used to having Stevia in my coffee. This did nothing for my coffee. I didn’t use more than one packet.

Hard and clumpy
The presentation was nice , original but the sugar was all damp and clumped up. Some packets were hard as a rock . Love coconut sugar but wasn’t too happy with the way it came ..

Tastes great!
I love this stuff! Use it in my coffee everyday. I like my coffee sweet but needed to cut down calories. I use leaner creamer too!
