These are good - I would buy again, should the need arise. Nice, heavy mil plastic, but what I like the most is the reverse pressure valve, which holds the vacuum until you get the cap on. Also the spacer below the valve which allows you to continue to draw vacuum even up against the blanket (doesn't work so well up against the plastic, though). I bought these for some bulky quilts and blankets that had been annoying me for some time, and this is the perfect storage solution. Smashes them down to a fraction of the size.Only downsides are: I wish there was a long, thin version just for blankets. The jumbo does work, but there's excess plastic leftover which has to be dealt with. Another thing is the instructions. Obviously not written by someone whose first language is English, plus, seems to apply to some other version of the bag enclosed.While easy enough to figure out without instructions, the first time takes some fumbling around on how to utilize the zipper closer. Looks like a ziploc, but the closer is detachable. It took a couple of tries to realize I had to squeeze like hell to get that double zip to close, but close it did, and keeps the seal fine.

Not very good as it leaks. Not the seal that leaks but the material is thin.

Used a bunch of these to fit more stuff in to my car for a cross country drive. They worked great short term but after a few days a few of them started to inflate again.

You can sure get a lot of stuff in them. Make sure when you load them up they are where you want them. They are really heavy when you get all vacuumn.

I bought these with trepedation...thinking they might be hit or miss. I was wrong. I'm in Arizona from Alaska and was going to give away my nice Pendleton Wool blankets and expensive lofty down conforters. They took up so much room. But these bags are really big and they really compress the materials. I also used it on a full bed and duvet set of very heavy and thick Portuegues flannel cotton, wow did it shrink the heft. This would be a great gift to any new home owner or downsizer. All bags are still as flat as day one, a month later. One recommendation: Follow the instructions.

The biggest Storage bags I every bought! These bags are enormous! I like to call these the King Size Storage bags not just Jumbo!!! My advice for people who never tried vacuum bags is that Life might become complicated as we age and there are decisions that we have to make but as years gone by, people have developed new things to make our life become easier and comfortable. One of the best things that have been invented is bag vacuum storage. It is a process of vacuum bagging to keep your cloth valuables in a proper place. Thank you Storage Army for amazing product!

Have been using these bags for 2 months now to store spare blankets and sheets. I have found I have to vacuum the air out about every 2 weeks.Very disappointed.

These bags are fantastic. Thicker mil plastic than any of the others I've purchased with a very sturdy and easy to seal closure which won't leave you wondering. Also a very high quality valve and cap. I ordered 10 and subsequently 5 more. I couldn't be more pleased with this product. Don't waste your money on the infomercial brands or cheaper brands.
