Well, eating them at least. Recently diagnosed with diabetes, shop bought, premade pancakes are a no go, as they always contain sugar. That's not to say pancakes are particularly ideal in my circumstances regardless, but anyway... I initially tried using a rubbish, wide IKEA branded spatula and it was a messy disaster. I didn't, though, give up on my dream of warm, well formed and thin pancakes... Strictly speaking, more like crepes... with a bit of light sweetner (sadly) sprinkled on top.
