The consistency is not soft as other brands I had tried, it is rather dry.

An intriguing ingredient to use as a garnish; it's a guaranteed conversation starter, but the taste is, frankly speaking, somewhat bland and nondescript.

I have been using this product for years! The best product on the market and they are very unique. I used to buy it from Sainsbury and now started buying this online.On paper this product looks expensive, but it's worth if you are a food lover! Asian daal ( any type) , use it instead of standard garlic3. Any soup that you use garlic e.g crab meat soupFinally it works great with anything that has liquid form, not roast form.Enjoy your meal !!
