Good value, fair quality build, minor issues due to engineer oversight...
The unit was shipped and delivered very quickly, and was received in a condition that seemed more that acceptable. However, the engineer who built the unit tied the internal cables so tightly that the usb and audio ports on top has been pulled out from their position and were situated inside the top of the shell.Since installing an OS and starting to use the PC, I have noted that the fans power seems to cut off and the only workaround is to turn the PC off, unplug, open the side of the unit and dissconnect/reconnect the power cable for them. The unit is fast and works well other than this. However, the USB wireless adaptor is unable to attain more than 1 - 2 Mbps download speed, and that is through a 70Mb service with 100% signal strength to the router. If you plan on connecting to the internet then i strongly suggest either purchasing a different wireless adaptor as the one provided in insufficient to keep a stable connection/speed, or the better option of purchasing a High Speed Ethernet cable and connect directly to the router. The product is, overall, great value for what you are getting. And if you are somewhat Computer Competent then it is not too difficult to give some slack to the cable bundles in the unit. The issue with the power to the cooling fans in my unit (as far as I can tell) is due to the cables being tied so tightly, and has seemingly caused the wires to come loose from the connector itself. Something that is not too tricky to fox if you have some knowledge of wiring and soldering. All in all, if you want a "perfect" build, you will have to pay an excess for a brand build like OC or AW...But for anyone looking for reasonable value and a fair quality, this is a great basic unit to get you started.Bare in mind, the lack of a dedicated gpu will restrict the PCs ability to handle graphics processing, as this will be taken on by the system RAM and CPU, but as far as integrated chips go Radeon R7 is a decent starting point for low-mid settings on many games released pre 2015.

Excellent overall but you'll want to buy a dedicated graphics card if you're getting this mostly for gaming
*This review is for the 16GB RAM version with Windows 10 already installedI've had this machine for a couple of days now and overall I'm very pleased with it. It looks nice, runs smoothly, is quiet and I've not encountered any problems with general use up to now. OK those are the positives.I bought this PC for a mixture of general use and gaming. I've wanted a gaming PC for a good while but didn't have the budget to get a high end one. I thought this was a good compromise and had good specs for the price. However I have to say the gaming performance is a little disappointing. Below are the games I've tried so far and the experience I had -Ori & the Blind Forest - Runs perfectlyInside - Runs perfectlySleeping Dogs - Runs well on medium settings with an acceptable frame rate. On high or ultra settings performance lags massively.Mafia II - Runs decently on moderate settings. Unusable on very high settingsThe Vanishing of Ethan Carter - This is the one I was most disappointed with. Runs poorly with a low frame rate on both high and medium settings. As you can deduce, this machine runs 2D platformers perfectly but any highly intensive 3D games, it does not cope well with. These aren't newly released games either. Mafia II for example was released in 2010.In all honesty I'm still pleased with this machine overall. I know you can only ask for so much for this price but I think it's worth pointing out that it is quite limited when it comes to its gaming capabilities. I already have a new graphics card on the way.Overall I would consider this an excellent "base unit" for gaming - meaning the only thing you'll need to add to get excellent gaming performance is a decent dedicated graphics card. If you're buying this for general use/design/video editing with a bit of casual gaming now and then - it's perfect. One other little note - this machine doesn't come with a wireless network card built in so you'll need a usb network adapter if you want to connect to the internet wirelessly. It does come with a small adapter included but it's one of those absolutely tiny ones that I know from past experience are useless. This isn't a big deal though since you can get a decent one for £10-20
