Good value, fair quality build, minor issues due to engineer oversight...
The unit was shipped and delivered very quickly, and was received in a condition that seemed more that acceptable. However, the engineer who built the unit tied the internal cables so tightly that the usb and audio ports on top has been pulled out from their position and were situated inside the top of the shell.Since installing an OS and starting to use the PC, I have noted that the fans power seems to cut off and the only workaround is to turn the PC off, unplug, open the side of the unit and dissconnect/reconnect the power cable for them. The unit is fast and works well other than this. However, the USB wireless adaptor is unable to attain more than 1 - 2 Mbps download speed, and that is through a 70Mb service with 100% signal strength to the router. If you plan on connecting to the internet then i strongly suggest either purchasing a different wireless adaptor as the one provided in insufficient to keep a stable connection/speed, or the better option of purchasing a High Speed Ethernet cable and connect directly to the router. The product is, overall, great value for what you are getting. And if you are somewhat Computer Competent then it is not too difficult to give some slack to the cable bundles in the unit. The issue with the power to the cooling fans in my unit (as far as I can tell) is due to the cables being tied so tightly, and has seemingly caused the wires to come loose from the connector itself. Something that is not too tricky to fox if you have some knowledge of wiring and soldering. All in all, if you want a "perfect" build, you will have to pay an excess for a brand build like OC or AW...But for anyone looking for reasonable value and a fair quality, this is a great basic unit to get you started.Bare in mind, the lack of a dedicated gpu will restrict the PCs ability to handle graphics processing, as this will be taken on by the system RAM and CPU, but as far as integrated chips go Radeon R7 is a decent starting point for low-mid settings on many games released pre 2015.

Ticks all the right boxes
A friend wanted a new PC, Normally I would build my own, I'm very fussy about the internals but time and job won't allow it right now so I put my faith in a custom built supplier, mass produced mainstream ones are a let down for those that demand high spec at a good price, and my friend is happy with it straight out the box W10 installed and running and that makes me happy The box is big which means room for expansion and trust me you need it if you ever go down the road of a hi spec video card but that's down to the gamer and the games they play, it ticks all the boxes for me

Excellent everything!
LOVE IT.The wifi gizmo that it came with was no good for me - an oversight on my behalf, otherwise I would have bought a wifi thingy at the same time. Spec for the PC way above anything on offer from the big 'high street shops', and a fraction of the price.Customer service from this company was excellent, before, during and after. They also gave advice on which wifi card to buy at a later date, and helped via telephone when it came to my installing the new card myself. The processor easily handles 3 monitors, 3 printers and still runs many multiple tasks instantaneously. During the hotter weather I suspect the heat is shutting down my PC, so I think for next summer I will address this. After all, the PC is being used 15 hours a day and has been for 4 months now (7am to 11pm). Still very happy. Would recommend this PC and Company to everyone.

Good value and build, but as it comes not a true gaming PC
It is a good price for what you get, but do bear in mind that out of the box it will not play most current generation games. It needs a dedicated graphics card and a new PSU to power the card. I put in a RX460 card and a 550W PSU and it runs great for the style of games I play. If you want to play AAA games on the highest setting you will hae to pay a lot more for a better graphics card. Total cost was £520 which is still about £50 better than many of these build/customise your own PC online specialists for the same package. So a good value, but does require money being spent on it to make it a true gaming PC.

very reliable
Got this for my son to play games like city skylines. He loves it. It was plugged in on Christmas Day and 5months later I have not hadto fix aanything. The customer service and advice I recieved before buying is what convinced me to buy. I have not once regretted the decision

Ok
Bought this for my son's birthday he is happy with it, runs great nice sturdy case looks great too.(only issue i had was when he opened it on his birthday and it didn't turn on, but everything was ok when i noticed that the cpu plug from the psu was not plugged in) easily resolved and could have came out in transit so not blaming the seller/builder of this pc!Overall so far this PC is running great thumbs up.
