My unit worked great for about 4 and a half months
My unit worked great for about 4 and a half months. I used it once a day, cleaned it twice a week and now the heating pad doesn't work. I've always been careful about not over/under filling the water and careful while cleaning not to get any water into the vent. The fan still works so I may keep using it to dry my bottles and stuff but it won't work as a sterilizer anymore. Not mad, just disappointed, I can't afford to keep buying a new sterilizer every 4 months so I guess I'm back to boiling.

great product! I use this about twice a day, it can handle small and large load, bottles come out clean and dry.

Good product for it's price.
Pretty good so far. I've been using it 3 times a day and it hasn't failed. Be sure to use filtered (reverse osmosis) water so that the calcium build-up is not so much.

Doesn’t last long
Liked it while it worked. I was hoping this machine would last for the second baby but it stopped working before my first baby even finished bottles. It’s a shame that this expensive thing doesn’t last longer than a year.
