Be careful with the sizes, this size is enormous. The smaller size is plenty enough and wonderful to use.
I bought this HUGE teapot without realizing I would be barely able to carry it empty, so half full, I just couldn't do it.I asked for an exchange versus the smaller teapot.I wrote to the wonderful seller who asked me to check the price for a return to the UK. Which I did to discover it was almost the price of the teapot itself.The seller solved the issue very generously sending me a free smaller size.Now, the teapot itself does exactly what the description says: it keeps the tea warm for many hours. Don't ask me how many, I drink one teapot the morning, and one the afternoon when it is cold outside.It is not too heavy even when full.There is no problem of leakage when serving the tea, which is the issue with so many teapots (plastic and porcelain). And it is very easy to hold.On top of everything, it is lovely to look at, very British. And easy to wash. I wish there was teacups the same color, material and model. Maybe later :)I am delighted. I just do not know what to do with this enormous one, I might put artificial flowers in it.
