For years I've suffered from an embarrassing red face rash when I drink more than a few glasses of booze. This has completely eradicated this problem from my life. Take one fifteen minutes before boozing. If going particularly heavy, a top up may be required later in the night.

I have already noticed a big difference taking these. Would highly recommend if histamine intolerance is a problem for you.

If you need to take it, I consider this one of the best brands.

Too soon to say how beneficial this is, as I have also started a "diet". No adverse effects but be aware, this is an "instant" supplement not a cure

Use this product for histamine intolerance. Works well for me.

Have used this product before so know it helps with my histamine issue. Sadly it wasn’t 60 tablets only 30 so package labelled incorrectly. Amazon gave a refund so great work Amazon.

Worked brilliantly, cannot do without them now. Take 30 minutes before drinking alcohol and you’ll feel much better the next morning.

I have seasonal allergies & trouble with high histamine foods. Taking Daosin with problematic foods along with a daily antihistamine prevents bloating & other GI symptoms
