We choose fonts appropriate to the gifts, but if you have a favourite font, please let us know and wherever possible, we'll try to match it. 1. Personalisation Format: Line 1 - Couple's Names. Line 2 - Date. Longer messages may be accommodated, but the font will be smaller. 2. Add item to basket and tick the box that states: This will be a gift 3. Use the Free Gift Note Box to specify the text you would like engraved (this is what we use for engraving, NOT a gift note). You can also give any special instructions, such as font requests. Please follow our maximum limit, NOT the limit of 255 characters set by Amazon. Please take care when typing as we cannot be held responsible for your spelling errors / typos. We will correct errors IF we notice them and alter punctuation or capitalisation if appropriate. If your engraving instructions are missing, too long or unclear, we will need to contact you to discuss them. To minimise any possible delays please leave up-to-date contact details when ordering just in case. If we do not receive a reply by the shipping date, the item will be sent out without any engraving. Should you NOT require engraving, state this in the gift message box to prevent delays in sending your item out.
