This softgel was easy & small enough to swallow and didn't have the characteristic offensive odor that liposomal glutathione products are known for. As for its effect, I'm not sure I really noticed any specific benefit. I suppose it had an immune benefit in terms of keeping me healthy for the first month I took it. The drawback is the not eating or taking other supplements after ingestsing. I usually take supplements together, and this restriction made it more inconvenient for me.
