and was pleased with the product
This does actually seem to work well!! I was skeptical about it at first but it does make sense that this facilitates a more 'natural' position, and was pleased with the product. Fits neatly around the base of the loo and doesn't get in the way at all. However we still hide it away if we are expecting guests......!

Bought this as read that the squatting position is the best one when doing one's business in the loos. And it is ! There is something about squatting that feels more natural and makes the "business" faster and better flowing if I may say so. The reason I chose this one as opposed to a simple Baby toilet step stool is the height (20cm vs 13cm for baby steps) which helps with the squatting. It doesn't slip and has curve shape which helps keep it very close to the toilet seat. Easy to clean as well.

Effective
Great for adults and childrenTakes a bit of getting used to but it has helped my poo 💩

Not very good to use.
Awkward to use and I have no issues with mobility. Precarious to put your feet on and then sit on the loo, difficult to sit down first and raise your feet to position them on the unit. Now in a cupboard.

Does what it's supposed to
It's a straightforward item, does the job, and blends into a predominantly white bathroom once you take the stickers off. So all in all, can't really fault the product. However, it is expensive for what is essentially a piece of simple molded plastic. The profit margin on these things must be enormous!If I had a more interesting bathroom I'd consider getting a nicer looking wooden one for around the same price instead.
