I love the product, the value for money is great. A weak point is the plastic handle, which slipped from the neck jug as I used it first time breaking the container. I contacted the seller and Alice one of their reps was very promt and kind enough to offer a replacement. Best wishes!

I love this bottle. It is HUGE. I should have bought a smaller one maybe 8litres. That’s my mistake. However the bottle is great. Strong. Seals well. And perfect for storing my fruits. The price is great and it was delivered securely and quickly. Love this.

The 5l jar have a 7 to 10 inch long crack while the 10l have tiny crack at the bottom. I will be using these for making kimchi and fruit syrup so I'm worried about glass being shattered once the it's full. Shame I like the design very much but glass seemed brittle however if it can be replaced with not defective replacement I'm willing to have it a go for now. I may even change my initial review for compromise. I've given you 5 star rating for the sole eased of return and refund for faulty the items. However the jars were flimsy and glass were brittle hence they're broke easily. Thanks for the help.
