I bought it to hold my sun brolly at my caravan. It was during the scorching heat and the ground was rock hard and it dug in with ease and was as efficient as the large heavy brolly holder I use at home, only better because its portable and light to carry. So easy that I could twist it out and move it to different areas and also worked fantastic in the sand when we went to the beach. Adjustable to pole size so fits securely. 100% better than the water/ sand filled holders and easier to move about than the metal ones. Light to take on holiday or to the beach. Fantastic value for money and a most ingenious and effective brolly holder. Can't fault it so thought it deserved a review. A few times I've had to dig down and remove large stones and then fill with sand before it could be screwed in. Still glad I purchased this though.
