My son (11) has competed in two track meets with these shoes. He has improved his time by at least 10%. For the price, would highly recommend. I would recommend going with 1/2 - 1 size larger than your child's regular sneaker.

Shoes were purchased last minute for a first track meet. Happy we received shoes day of however shoes had abviousely been worn previous to me purchasing. I paid for second hand used shoes.
