Decent remote
My sons autistic and whenever je gets frustrated the remote controls usually the 1st thing he throws therefore i meed a constant supply and these were the cheapest i could find. Fully working so cant fault at all.thanks

It is smaller than the original controller it replaces but is identical to the V6 controller
It is different to my larger broken original controller but works fine with my box. Beware the V6 controller that looks identical to this replacement but doesn't work with my box.

Excellent Device.... Excellent service!
Brilliant! This hand set is excellent! It controls everything that our first handset did, including the volume! It is very, very easy to set up the controls to work the volume.... Go on Virgin Media.com, then HELP, follow the prompts and it's all explained! It took us two minutes to find and store the codes and now our new handset works every bit as well as our first one! I don't know what people mean when they say it is not an original Virgin remote or that you can't use the volume control! It was so simple to set up and along with the fact that the price was excellent and that we ordered it at 3-3o yesterday and it arrived before 11am this morning, we are thrilled with this remote!! Will definitely get another from here if we ever need to!!

Rubbish
Remote does not work right it does not turn tv on or off and does not work the sound it rubbish

Nice remote.
Really nice remote. Better than the original. My son likes the course texture. It took a few minutes to set up and has worked flawlessly. I would buy again.

Virgin replacement remote control
Our original remote control which operates the Virgin box refused to work a few months back. despite changing batteries. After a bit of research decided to risk buying this replacement, which is slightly smaller than our original but works perfectly well plus less costly than a replacement from Virgin Media. Cannot rate volume as we use the TV remote for this. Good value for money
