Simple to assemble valet stand.
This arrived on time and was well packaged. The stand appears to be well made and sturdy. Assembling looks easy. It is in 2 pieces and all I will need to do is bolt them together.

Standing sentinel in the room it was meant for
I had to hunt around, in the big cardboard shipping container, to locate the 2 x screws and the little spanner, for (easy) assembly.There they were, tucked-away, in awkward, non-visible locations.Manufacturer at least ought to put them in a clear envelope and taped down in a visible spot.The decent sized tray, for odds & ends, would be more user-friendly if the routed-out section had have been wider.Apart from the above, this is a good product, worthy of its price.
