Replacement
Nice feel and very soft, easy to fix, it cools like advertised, not for long but it does. No qualms whatsoever.

I can only comment that the image is very misleading: it will make you look for the same dowel pattern that needs to clip on: if you're seeing that you haven't removed enough: there are prongs that stick out that hold the earpad in place: if the instructions were more clear I wouldn't have had to spend a good half hour trying to look for better instructions on youtube: just make sure you correctly remove ALL the earpad not just the top layer with the R on it (or remove the label thinking oh it snaps on here: WRONG) - use the tool to pry open the rest: it should be a line the image should have made a better indication that this is where you remove it and it doesn't look like the same dowel pattern: if you done it correctly you'll see plastic pointing outwards which will allow you to "snap on" as the product tells you.As for the earpad itself it looks "new" I replaced one pad may replace the other when it starts to fall apart like the right one did... the leather they supply with the original doesn't look that durable and I'm not 100% sold this will deliver "better quality audio" but if I notice one ear is getting better quality than the other i'll change it and report back.

I've got the blue pads. The quality of the pads is almost the same as the originals. The only difference is that the colour does not fully match the headphones' body. It also gives almost the same noise-cancellation feeling as the original pads. Last night I used it almost two hours, and the pads did not hurt my ears at all, I wear specs all the time. All in all, it is a five-star product.
